Description
La République et canton de Genève, pour le compte du Service de la pédagogie spécialisée (ci-après : SPS) au sein du Département de l'instruction publique, de la formation et de la jeunesse, souhaite trouver un prestataire en mesure de fournir des technologies d'aides (ci-après : TA) en faveur d'enfants à besoin éducatifs particuliers ou handicapés (BEPH) suivant un enseignement régulier, conformément aux exigences mentionnées dans le cahier des charges et dans le dossier d'appel d'offres. En outre, des prestations de services (tels que la mise à disposition, le téléchargement, l'installation, et le paramétrage des TA, ainsi que la formation des enfants bénéficiaires), également mentionnées dans le cahier des charges, sont recherchées. En effet, depuis 2025, le SPS est chargé d'équiper en TA les enfants à besoin éducatifs particuliers ou handicapés en mesure de suivre un enseignement régulier moyennant lesdites TA, dans la mesure où, depuis cette date, lesdits enfants sont intégrés dans le cursus scolaire standard du canton de Genève. Auparavant, cette tâche était à charge de l'Office de l'assurance-invalidité. Les TA incluent en particulier des outils informatiques (tels que PC, Mac Neo, accessoires, logiciels). La Centrale commune d'achats est chargée de lancer et de mener la présente procédure d'appel d'offres public.
