Das Los SAP ERP umfasst die Fehleranalyse, Fehlerbehebung und Umsetzung kleinerer Weiterentwicklungen der SAP ERP ECC 6.0 (SAP on-Premises) -Module der Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH (BEW) zur technischen Absicherung der kaufmännischen Kernprozesse. Der AN erbringt die Leistungen im Second- und Third-Level-Support und stellt einen stabilen, sicheren und nachvollziehbaren Modulbetrieb sicher. Der SAP-Basisbetrieb ist separat ausgeschrieben. Im Multi-Provider-Modell wirkt der AN bei losübergreifenden Störungen und Changes aktiv an der Analyse und Behebung mit; die übergreifende End-to-End-Verantwortung verbleibt beim AG. Die Leistungen werden nach dem Time & Material Modell erbracht. Zur Steuerung der Komplexität wird zwischen zwei Leistungsebenen unterschieden: • Level 2 Support (L2): Fokus auf Incident-Behandlung, Service Requests und kleine funktionale Anpassungen mit einem Aufwand von in der Regel bis zu einem Werktag. • Level 3 Support (L3): Durchführung komplexer Changes (gemäß 10-PT-Regel), Root-Cause-Analysen sowie Architekturberatung und Weiterentwicklungen.
