Description

Through this solicitation, the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) seeks a vendor to use a robust methodology for its Community Needs Assessment, which occurs every three years. This project aims to: Provide capacity building for DYCD by developing, tabulating, and analyzing paper surveys. Adapt and use a methodology for the Community Needs Assessment that is statistically representative of the City as a whole and of individual neighborhoods, including details on sample design and selection, weighting, and any pertinent estimation processes. Develop Neighborhood Development Area (NDA) profiles, a technical report, and a public-facing report based on survey findings. Pursuant to section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules. Contracts awarded under this method may not exceed $1,500,000.00, inclusive of any and all change orders, overruns, amendments, renewals and extensions.
