Original language: fiPohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (Pohde) pyytää omasta ja siihen kuuluvan yhteistyöalueen yksiköiden puolesta tarjoustanne apteekin steriileistä elatusaineista. Yhteistyöalueeseen kuuluvat Pohteen lisäksi Kainuun, Lapin ja Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueet. Hankinnan kohteena ovat apteekin steriilit mikrobiologiset elatusaineet, joita käytetään puhdastilaympäristössä steriilien lääkevalmisteiden valmistusprosessien kontrollointiin sekä aseptisten työmenetelmien testaukseen. Hankintaan sisältyvät erityisesti tryptone soya broth -pohjaiset elatusaineet eri pakkausmuodoissa sekä elatusaineiden käyttöön soveltuvat steriilit injektiopullot. Osa tuotteista on tarkoitettu käytettäviksi automaatiorobotilla, jolloin tuotteiden on täytettävä erillisessä liitteessä määritellyt mitoitusvaatimukset. Hankinnan tarkempi sisältö, tuotteet, pakkausvaatimukset sekä kulutusmäärät on esitetty liitteessä ”Tuotteet ja hinnat”. Tarjoajan tulee tarjota kaikki liitteessä esitetyt vertailuun sisältyvät tuotteet. Ilmoitetut kulutusmäärät ovat arvioita, eivätkä ne muodosta hankintayksikölle määräostovelvoitetta. Sopimuskausi on arviolta 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2028. Sopimusta voidaan jatkaa kahdella yhden vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella. Tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitetut hankintamäärät ovat arvioituja yhden vuoden kulutusmääriä ja ne ilmoitetaan tarjoajille ainoastaan tarjouksen tekemisen tueksi. Hankintasopimus ei muodosta hankintayksikölle määräostovelvoitetta, vaan todellinen kulutus voi olla suurempi tai pienempi. Tarjoaja sitoutuu tarjouksen jättäessään kaikkiin tämän tarjouspyynnön sekä sen liitteiden ehtoihin.
