Στο αντικείμενο του υπό ανάθεση Έργου περιλαμβάνεται: i. η εκπόνηση από τον ανάδοχο και η υποβολή, προς το αρμόδιο αποφαινόμενο όργανο της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής, για έγκριση, της οριστικής δασοτεχνικής μελέτης διευθέτησης χειμάρρων και ορεινών λεκανών απορροής, η οποία θα αφορά τις εργασίες που περιγράφονται στο υπό στοιχεία (ii) κατωτέρω (στο εξής η «Μελέτη»). Κατά την εκπόνηση της Μελέτης στο πλαίσιο εκτέλεσης της Σύμβασης και σύμφωνα με τις υποδείξεις της αρμόδιας Διευθύνουσας Υπηρεσίας, οι τελικές υπό έγκριση θέσεις και επεμβάσεις δύνανται να διαφοροποιηθούν σε σχέση με την Εγκεκριμένη Προκαταρκτική Μελέτη του Έργου ως προς (α) το πλήθος αυτών (β) τις διαστάσεις και τη χωροθέτησή τους σε οποιαδήποτε περιοχή ευθύνης του Δασαρχείου Βόλου και (γ) το είδος των επεμβάσεων (τεχνικά, φυτοτεχνικά ή μικτά έργα). Σε κάθε περίπτωση οποιαδήποτε διαφοροποίηση δεν δύναται να συνεπάγεται αύξηση του συνολικού προϋπολογισμού του έργου. ii. η εκτέλεση εργασιών για την αντιπλημμυρική θωράκιση των ορεινών λεκανών απορροής της περιοχής μελέτης βάσει της εγκεκριμένης προκαταρκτικής Μελέτης και συγκεκριμένα: • κατασκευή φραγμάτων βάρους από σκυρόδεμα • κατασκευή φραγμάτων βάρους από αργολιθοδομή • κατασκευή προβόλων • κατασκευή τοίχων επένδυσης κοιτών από σαρζανέτ • κατασκευή τοίχων επένδυσης κοιτών από σκυρόδεμα • κατασκευή ιρλανδικών διαβάσεων • δημιουργία ζωνών διέλευσης • Διαμόρφωση – καθαρισμοί κοιτών ρεμάτων
