Qualquer divergência entre a descrição do CATMAT e a descrição explicitada na tabela 1.1 do Termo de Referência (TR), o contratado deverá fornecer o produto que cumpra a descrição do objeto que se encontra no item 1.1 deste Termo de Referência.
2. As licitantes deverão utilizar "como base de referência", as imagens ilustrativas do Objeto da Dispensa de Licitação, conforme especificado no Anexo “V” do Aviso. 3. Por ocasião do cadastramento da proposta inicial, as empresas deverão inserir no campo "marca/fabricante" a marca do objeto ofertado, evitando descrições genéricas como " Compatível", " Conforme TR" ou “Universal”, sob pena de DESCLASSIFICAÇÃO do certame. 4. Vistoria : A avaliação prévia deverá ser agendada previamente por e-mail ou telefone nos contatos acacio.teixeira@marinha.mil.br /TEL (92)99169-1681. 4.1- Caso o interessado opte por não realizar a vistoria, deverá prestar declaração formal assinada por seu responsável técnico acerca do conhecimento pleno das condições e peculiaridades da contratação, conforme anexo II.3 do Termo de Referência.
