1. É indispensável consultar o termo de Referência antes de registrar a proposta.
2. O item cadastrado no sistema foi obtido entre os constantes do catálogo de materiais/serviços do portal
compras.gov.br, mas não corresponde exatamente ao que se pretende contratar.
3. Os bens ofertados devem atender às especificações previstas no Termo de Referência.
4. Caso haja divergência entre as especificações contidas no sistema compras.gov.br e no Termo de Referência,
prevalecerão as últimas.
5. Não serão aceitas propostas com valores unitários ou global superiores aos estimados no Termo de Referência
ou com valores inexequíveis.
