Aquisição de gêneros alimentícios diretamente de agricultores familiares e demais beneficiários que se enquadrem nos critérios do Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos (PAA), por meio da modalidade Compra Institucional, visando atender às necessidades de abastecimento da 10ª Companhia de Engenharia de Combate (10ª Cia E Cmb). A presente contratação tem como objetivo promover o fornecimento regular de alimentos de qualidade, priorizando produtos frescos, regionais e sazonais, contribuindo para a segurança alimentar e nutricional dos militares e demais usuários atendidos pela organização militar.
A iniciativa também busca incentivar o desenvolvimento sustentável local, fortalecendo a agricultura familiar, promovendo a geração de renda no meio rural e estimulando práticas produtivas sustentáveis. Os alimentos a serem adquiridos deverão atender às especificações de qualidade, higiene e acondicionamento previstas na legislação vigente, especialmente as normas da vigilância sanitária e demais regulamentos aplicáveis.

O fornecimento deverá ocorrer de forma parcelada, conforme demanda da 10ª Cia E Cmb, respeitando o cronograma estabelecido em contrato, garantindo a continuidade do abastecimento e a adequada execução das atividades administrativas e operacionais da unidade.
