As camisetas serão utilizadas durante ações de divulgação, distribuição de materiais informativos, campanhas educativas e atividades relacionadas ao sorteio anual do programa, contribuindo para a padronização visual, identificação da equipe e fortalecimento da comunicação institucional com os munícipes.
Local de Entrega
A entrega dos itens deverá ser realizada na sede da Secretaria Municipal da Fazenda, situada na Rua João Gonçalves, nº 296, Município de Bossoroca/RS, em horário de expediente do órgão.
Prazo de Entrega
O prazo para entrega dos itens será de até 30 (trinta) dias, contados a partir da emissão da nota de empenho ou assinatura do contrato, bem como após a confirmação dos tamanhos das camisetas e aprovação da arte pelo Município.
IMPORTANTE:
Antes do início da produção, a empresa vencedora deverá apresentar prova digital da arte aplicada na camiseta para aprovação do Município, a fim de confirmar posicionamento, cores e dimensões da personalização.
A empresa vencedora deverá disponibilizar amostras físicas das camisetas em diferentes tamanhos para prova pelos servidores, podendo encaminhá-las ou apresentá-las presencialmente no Município, para definição e confirmação dos tamanhos a serem confeccionados.
