1. Qualquer divergência entre as especificações do Catálogo de Bens e Serviços e o Termo de Referência, prevalecerá às especificações constantes do Termo de Referência;
2 Todas as despesas com impostos, taxas, pedágios, fretes e demais encargos para o correto fornecimento devem estar inclusas no preço ofertado;
3. O fornecedor que formular proposta nesta Dispensa Eletrônica declara concordar com as condições contidas, inclusive quanto ao prazo de entrega. Desta forma, pelo descumprimento total ou parcial das obrigações assumidas na Dispensa Eletrônica e pela verificação de quaisquer das situações previstas no art. 155, incisos I a XII da Lei nº 14.133/2021, garantida a defesa prévia ao contratado, a Administração poderá aplicar as penalidades previstas na legislação vigente;
4. O prazo de entrega dos bens é de 30 (trinta) dias, contados do recebimento da nota de empenho, em remessa única.
5. Os bens deverão ser entregues nos seguintes endereços:
