A aquisição de materiais de artes, especialmente os que restaram fracassados do PE 90005/2025, visa atender às necessidades pedagógicas das atividades desenvolvidas com os atendidos da DECA - Diretoria Especializada em Criança e Adolescente, contribuindo para o pleno desenvolvimento de suas habilidades cognitivas, motoras e criativas. A atividade artística é essencial para formação dos atendidos inseridos na FUNDHAS, promovendo o desenvolvimento da sensibilidade , da criatividade e da capacidade de expressão. A oferta desses materiais é indispensável para a realização de propostas pedagógicas que utilizam diversas linguagens artísticas, como pintura e desenho. Dessa forma, a aquisição desses materiais assegura condições adequadas para o cumprimento do planejamento elaborado pelos educadores. A disponibilização de recursos didáticos e materiais específicos de artes, possibilita a realização de atividades práticas de qualidade, favorecendo a expressão artística, o pensamento crítico, a coordenação motora e o trabalho em grupo, de acordo com o planejamento dos profissionais da área de artes que têm formação e habilidades técnicas para utilização desses materiais.
