1. OBJETO
A Secretaria Especial de Planejamento, Orçamento e Inovação – SEPLAN, por intermédio da Unidade de Gestão do Projeto – UGP do Projeto de Aceleração Digital – CONECTA-SE, convida empresas elegíveis a apresentar cotações para o fornecimento de mesas, cadeiras e ventiladores destinados à estruturação dos ambientes de aprendizagem dos Cursos Piloto de Capacitação em Habilidades Digitais do Projeto Conecta-SE, conforme especificações técnicas, quantitativos, prazos e demais condições estabelecidas na Solicitação de Cotação – SDC nº 001/2026 e seus anexos.
2. REGULAMENTO APLICÁVEL
O processo de aquisição será conduzido em conformidade com o Regulamento de Aquisições para Mutuários de Operações de Financiamento de Projetos de Investimento (FPI) do Banco Mundial, edição de setembro de 2023, e com as disposições aplicáveis ao Projeto.
3. ELEGIBILIDADE
A presente Solicitação de Cotação está aberta a todas as empresas elegíveis, conforme os critérios e condições estabelecidos no Regulamento de Aquisições do Banco Mundial.
4. OBTENÇÃO DA SOLICITAÇÃO DE COTAÇÃO
A Solicitação de Cotação – SDC nº 002/2026, incluindo seus anexos e especificações técnicas, poderá ser obtida gratuitamente mediante solicitação pelo endereço eletrônico:

5. APRESENTAÇÃO E PRAZO DE ENVIO DAS COTAÇÕES
As empresas interessadas deverão apresentar suas cotações em papel timbrado, devidamente assinadas por representante legal ou procurador com poderes específicos, observando o modelo de apresentação da proposta e as condições estabelecidas na SDC.
