1. Para a contratação o fornecedor deverá possuir Conta Corrente, tipo Pessoa Jurídica, no Banco do Brasil, conforme Decreto Municipal 51.197/2010, onde serão creditados os valores.
2. A PROPOSTA DEVERÁ CONSTAR O SEGUINTE ENDEREÇAMENTO: PMSP - Secretaria Municipal de Infraestrutura Urbana e Obras - SIURB CNPJ: 46.392.171/0001-04 PRAZO DE ENTREGA: 10 (dez) dias, a contar do dia subsequente à retirada da nota de empenho; VALIDADE DA PROPOSTA: 60 dias corridos. 3. CONDIÇÕES DE PAGAMENTO: 30 dias da entrega do adimplemento. 4. PENALIDADES Serão executadas conforme sanções previstas no Artigo 156 da Lei Federal nº 14.133/2021 e alterações posteriores. 5.
