Da Análise da Documentação Técnica:
- Estando a proposta de preços em conformidade com as exigências dos itens 3.1 e 3.2 do Termo de Referência, o Órgão Fiscal solicitará ao proponente, a apresentação da seguinte documentação técnica: Catálogo com fotos, escrito em língua portuguesa e com descrição detalhada dos materiais constantes na proposta de preços, respeitando as especificações técnicas contidas no Anexo I do Termo de Referência.
Da Análise das Amostras:
- Estando a proposta de preços e a documentação técnica em conformidade com as exigências dos itens 3 e 4 do Termo de Referência, o Órgão Fiscal solicitará a apresentação de amostra para fins de avaliação do cumprimento das especificações do Anexo I, ao primeiro proponente provisoriamente classificado;
- A proponente não será dispensada de apresentar amostra nesta Dispensa de Licitação;
- O prazo para apresentação da amostra será de 15 (quinze) dias úteis, contados a partir do dia útil subsequente ao envio da notificação feita pelo Órgão Fiscal;
- A amostra deverá estar em conformidade com os modelos apresentados na proposta de preços e no respectivo catálogo;
- A amostra deverá ser entregue na Gerência de Patrimônio do Ministério Público do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, situada na Rua Amazonas, 107A, São Cristóvão -
