Aquisição de pneus novos para atender a necessidade da Frota Própria do Transporte Escolar de Campo Novo de Rondônia/RO.
A contratação ocorrerá em conformidade com as Legislações vigentes, de acordo com Art. 75, Inciso II da Lei Federal nº 14.133/21.
A presente solicitação leva em consideração a manutenção periódica e obrigatória de veículos destinados ao uso do transporte escolar, pertencente à frota própria da Secretaria Municipal de Educação, Cultura, Esporte e Lazer. Haja vista substituição dos pneus desses veículos, para que estes ficam aptos a trafegarem e executar um serviço com segurança.
A entrega dos pneus será de Imediato e INTEGRAL, após a conclusão da contratação, de acordo com os prazos estabelecidos no TR, no prazo de até 5 (cinco) dias úteis, contados da solicitação, sendo que a O.F e/ou Nota de Empenho será encaminhada por e-mail.
As quantidades foram construídas a partir da solicitação demandada pelo Departamento de Transporte Escolar (ID 410828), para realização de manutenção emergencial dos pneus de veículo tipo ônibus utilizados do desempenho da prestação de serviços de transporte escolar.
