Senhores fornecedores, informamos que a Empresa Brasileira de Serviços Hospitalares - HU BRASIL - é uma empresa pública que realiza suas aquisições/contratações sob o regime da Lei nº 13.303/2016 e Regulamento de Compras e Contratos da Ebserh – RCC 3.0, com formalização mediante nota de empenho/autorização de fornecimento. Quaisquer dúvidas ou esclarecimentos, encaminhar para o e-mail ucom.hujm@hubrasil.gov.br. Informamos ainda que, após o encerramento da Dispensa Eletrônica, o fornecedor que apresentou o(s) menor(es) deverão anexar a proposta no sistema ou enviar via e-mail (em caso de indisponibilidade do sistema), no prazo de até 24 (vinte e quatro) horas, sob pena de desclassificação em caso de não envio da mesma dentro do prazo estabelecido. Havendo divergência nas especificações com o Código CATMAT, prevalece o descritivo do Termo de Referência, Anexo do Aviso de Dispensa Eletrônica. Assim, pedimos que atualizem seu cadastro no Comprasnet para evitar desclassificações por descumprimento do prazo ou dificuldade de comunicação. A proposta deverá ser impressa em papel timbrado (ou assinatura eletrônica), assinada por representante legal designado formalmente e conter: Nome da empresa, CNPJ, valor unitário, valor total, dados da embalagem, faturamento mínimo, data e validade da proposta (que deverá ser de no mínimo 45 dias), além das documentações exigidas para habilitação constantes dos anexos do Aviso de dispensa eletrônica.
