A presente contratação tem por objetivo garantir a continuidade e a adequada execução da obra de reforma do Centro de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS), atualmente em andamento por meio de processo/contratação previamente formalizado pela Administração Pública, mediante a aquisição de revestimento cerâmico (azulejo), argamassa e rejunte colorido destinados à execução das etapas de revestimento interno da unidade.A utilização dos materiais é indispensável em ambientes de saúde, pois proporciona superfícies lisas, impermeáveis, resistentes e de fácil higienização, atendendo às exigências sanitárias e contribuindo para a manutenção de condições adequadas de assepsia, conservação, segurança e funcionalidade dos ambientes.O revestimento cerâmico (azulejo) permitirá maior proteção das superfícies contra umidade, infiltrações e desgaste, enquanto a argamassa garantirá adequada fixação dos revestimentos e o rejunte colorido assegurará acabamento apropriado, vedação e maior durabilidade das áreas revestidas.Além disso, a correta aplicação desses materiais contribui para a conservação estrutural dos ambientes, redução da necessidade de manutenções corretivas futuras e melhoria das condições de atendimento aos usuários e de trabalho aos servidores da unidade.
