Considerando os problemas enfrentados com a Contratada do Contrato nº 26/2025, que não cumpriu as obrigações contratuais e por conseguinte não realizou o fornecimento dos uniformes, conforme Relatório Técnico da Comissão Processante anexo a este DFD.
Considerando que a demanda urge e que alguns servidores estão utilizando roupas pessoais inclusive na realização de atividades com substâncias que podem causar manchas ou danos em seus pertences
Considerando que a uniformização de servidores de determinados cargos consta da Resolução nº 211, garante a padronização visual, contribuindo para a organização interna e para a imagem institucional. E que por determinação da Presidência, deverão ainda ser fornecidas camisetas tipo polo aos servidores do departamento legislativo que participam de sessões, audiências e eventos, para facilitar a identificação nesses eventos.
Justifica-se o início de uma nova contratação para suprir a demanda.
