Original language: PortugueseAquisição de vaga no 18º SEMINÁRIO NACIONAL “OUVIDORES & OUVIDORIAS” e 8º Seminário Internacional “OUVIDORES, DEFENSORIAS DEL PUEBLO & OMBUDSMAN” com o tema: UM ENCONTRO DE TODAS AS VOZES, para atender a demandas de capacitação da Ouvidoria Setorial de Segurança Pública.
A participação no Seminário se justifica pela atuação dos ouvidores na condução de opiniões, reclamações e denúncias, se apresentando como um espaço ideal e uma importante instância para a participação da sociedade, quer seja no controle social das administrações, no combate a corrupção, no questionamento da ação política dos seus representantes nos respectivos parlamentos ou na formulação de propostas de políticas públicas e defesa dos seus direitos.
Outro fator determinante é que a Ouvidoria atua ainda na mediação de conflitos entre o cidadão e a instituição, fundamentando a sua atividade nos princípios da ética, eficiência, sigilo, boa-fé, isenção, contraditório e transparência nas relações entre o Estado e a sociedade.
Este seminário será o local adequado para compartilhar experiências sobre os modelos de gestão, conhecer experiências latino-americanas que possam contribuir para a melhoria das ouvidorias brasileiras e abertura de novos conceitos já aplicados por outros estados.
Destarte, a participação no Seminário será um instrumento indispensável e hábil para otimizar o desempenho dos servidores públicos da Ouvidoria o que redundará em eficiência do trabalho, melhor investimento dos recursos públicos, decisões mais seguras, diminuição dos riscos envolvendo o uso do dinheiro público, além de minimizar a possibilidade de responsabilizações e condenações.
Ante o exposto, entende-se primordial e extremamente necessária a capacitação dos servidores da Ouvidoria Setorial de Segurança Pública no 18º Seminário Nacional Ouvidores e Ouvidorias e 8º Seminário Internacional “Ouvidores, Defensorias del Pueblo e Ombusdman”.
