SOLICITAÇÃO DE MANIFESTAÇÕES DE INTERESSE (REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - REOI)
Aquisição e instalação de software de gestão da formação - Ref.ª MATINF-BEM 11-2025
O Governo da República de Angola, por intermédio do Ministério da Acção Social, Família e Promoção da Mulher (MASFAMU), recebeu financiamento do Banco Mundial para apoiar a implementação do Projecto de Reforço do Sistema de Protecção Social para o Capital Humano e a Resiliência (P181495) e pretende aplicar parte dos recursos desse financiamento à actividade «Aquisição e instalação de software de gestão da formação».
A UIP convida firmas de consultoria elegíveis a manifestarem interesse na prestação dos serviços relativos a «Aquisição e instalação de software de gestão da formação». Os interessados deverão demonstrar qualificações e experiência relevantes para a execução da missão, de acordo com os Termos de Referência.
A selecção será realizada pelo método Selecção Baseada na Qualidade e Custo (QCBS), categoria «Serviço de Consultoria», em conformidade com o Regulamento de Aquisições aplicável aos Mutuários de Financiamento de Projectos de Investimento do Banco Mundial.
