NEON1SK), Countess 3 Automated Cell Counter (cód. A49865), Multiskan FC (cód. 51119000) e Wellwash 110 240V 50/60 Hz (cód. 5165000), destinados ao Laboratório AraguaiaBiotech/UNEMAT (Nova Xavantina–MT), para atendimento a projetos de pesquisa, desenvolvimento, inovação e serviços tecnológicos, inclusive no âmbito do Convênio nº 01.23.0357.01–FINEP
A aquisição é necessária para ampliar a infraestrutura do AraguaiaBiotech/UNEMAT em biotecnologia e cultura celular. O Neon NxT apoiará a eletroporação de DNA, RNA e proteínas em células de mamíferos; o Countess 3 dará suporte à contagem e viabilidade celular; o Multiskan FC permitirá leituras de absorbância em microplacas; e o Wellwash automatizará a lavagem de microplacas para rotinas de ELISA.
