Future and eventual acquisitions of Bakery products to meet the needs of the Municipal Chamber of Três Corações/MG, through Price Registration. The Municipal Chamber of Três Corações/MG and the School of the Legislature “Historian Benefredo de Sousa” carry out various institutional activities throughout the year, such as ordinary and extraordinary sessions, solemn sessions, public hearings, seminars, meetings, institutional events, educational and social projects, as well as reception of authorities, guests and representatives of civil society. The acquisition of bakery food items is intended for the supply of snacks in these activities, especially: - ordinary and extraordinary sessions; - solemn sessions and public hearings; - administrative meetings and institutional activities; - projects developed by the School of the Legislature, including Young Parliament and Junior Chamber; - events, technical, cultural and protocol visits promoted or received by the Municipal Chamber. - The quantities were estimated considering the historical consumption and the performance of institutional activities, as well as the foreseen demands for the period, also contemplating the possibility of extending the Price Registration Record for an equal period, under the terms of the applicable legislation. The adoption of the Price Registration System is appropriate due to the recurring nature of the demand and the impossibility of defining the exact quantity to be consumed on each occasion in advance, allowing acquisitions to be made in installments, according to the actual needs of the Administration. Thus, the registered quantities constitute maximum estimates to meet the needs of the Municipal Chamber during the validity of the Record and possible extension, not implying an obligation of full acquisition by the Administration.
