AQUISITION DU MATERIEL DE COMMUNICATIONDE
- Le Gouvernement de la République du Congo a reçu un financement additionnel de l’Association Internationale pour le Développement (IDA) pour la mise en œuvre des activités du Projet d’Harmonisation et d’Amélioration des Statistiques en Afrique de l’Ouest et du Centre (HISWACA), et a l’intention d’utiliser une partie de ce prêt pour l’acquisition d'un (01) drone, d'une (01) flash, d’un (01) projecteur de lumière led et d’un (01) trépied.
- L’unité de gestion du projet sollicite de la part des fournisseurs intéressés, les cotations en vue de l’acquisition dudit matériel.
- L’appel à cotation sera conduit par mise en concurrence nationale tel que définie dans le « Règlement de la Banque mondiale applicable aux Emprunteurs – Passation des Marchés dans le cadre de Financement de Projets d’Investissement « Version de Juillet 2016, révisée en Novembre 2017, Août 2018, Novembre 2020, Septembre 2023 et septembre 2025 » et est ouvert à tous les Soumissionnaires éligibles tels que définis dans le Règlement de passation des marchés.
- Les Soumissionnaires intéressés et éligibles peuvent obtenir des informations auprès de l’Unité de Gestion du Projet HISWACA et prendre connaissance des documents d’Appel à cotation à l’adresse mentionnée ci-après : Bureau 1204, Centre d’Affaires des Tours Jumelles de Mpila ; Tél : (+242) 06 157 01 01, E-mail : ugp@hiswaca-congo.org de 8 h 00 à 12 h 00 et de 13 h 00 à 16 h 00 du lundi au vendredi.
- Le Dossier de cotation en français peut être obtenus par demande à l’adresse électronique ci-dessus ou consulté sur place.
- Le dossier de soumission devra comprendre trois (03) parties à savoir :
a)Une partie administrative contenant :
- La lettre de soumission datée et signée
- Le numéro d’identification unique (NIU) ;
- L’extrait du registre de commerce ;
- La patente;
- La lettre de cotation, datée et signée par le responsable de l’entreprise ou toute autre personne dûment mandatée à cet effet ;
b) Une partie technique contenant :
- Une liste des équipements avec des spécifications techniques proposées.
c) Une partie financière contenant :
- Le bordereau descriptif et quantitatif dûment rempli, daté et signé.
7. Les Offres devront être déposées à l’adresse ci-dessous au plus tard le mercredi 14 octobre 2026 à 12h00 minute. La soumission des Offres par voie électronique « ne sera pas » autorisée. Toute Offre arrivée après l’expiration du délai limite de dépôt des offres sera rejetée. Les Offres seront ouvertes publiquement en présence des représentants des Soumissionnaires et des personnes présentes, à l’adresse ci-dessous le mercredi 14 octobre à 12h 30 minutes.
