Work clothing and personal protective equipment

The subject of the tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision and delivery of work clothing, safety work clothing, personal protective equipment, and supplementary occupational safety products in connection with comprehensive, needs-based, customer-specific support by permanently assigned contact persons. This includes, in particular, consulting, service, complaint, return, and exchange services, as well as the provision of customer-specific evaluations. The scope of services also includes the setup, technical integration, provision, and ongoing maintenance of an electronic PunchOut catalog. The catalog is to be integrated into the SAP S/4HANA Fiori environment of the contracting authority and must enable the selection of approved items and the electronic processing of individual orders within the specified procurement processes. Details on the product range, technical and functional requirements, delivery and serviceleistungen, and catalog connection are provided in the service description (Appendix B.1) and the associated service specification (Appendix B.1.1). The maximum value of the framework agreement is EUR 2,200,000.00 net. The quantities specified in the service specification (Appendix B.1.1) are non-binding estimated quantities and do not create a minimum purchase obligation or a claim to the call-off of specific quantities. This maximum value applies to the entire contract duration, including all extension options, and thus for a maximum total duration of eight years. Upon reaching the maximum value, the possibility of further call-offs from the framework agreement ends, even if the maximum contract duration has not yet expired.
