Description

Tender Package 1 of the construction of a new 63,290 ft2 wood framed Personal Care Home in Arborg, MB.An overview of the extent of the project can be found on drawing G0.1. The project includes the PCH (Bldg. A) which is connected via a link to the support services building (Bldg. B).Tender Package 1 (TP-1) includes the Foundation package up to the main floor. Work included is the excavation/backfill of the building, site rough grading, piles, pile caps, grade beams, Hollowcore planks, and structural steel and metals up to the main floor elevation. Refer to section 00 11 00CM - Summary of work for a detailed breakdown of the scope.
