Arboricultural work on cemeteries managed by the Cemeteries and Funeral Services of the Capital City of Prague 2026

The subject of this public contract is the realization of green space maintenance in cemeteries managed by the contracting authority (the list of cemeteries is Annex No. 1 of the call for tenders). The subject of the public contract is defined by the list of works and services requested by the contracting authority. These services consist of performing professional arboricultural interventions on trees (including handling crisis situations caused by, for example, windbreak, tree breakage, falling branches, fire, etc.) and include all related work, such as stump removal, cleanup of generated waste, ensuring the safety of cemetery visitors, and other necessary related tasks. The method and principles of performing the work, which the contractor must adhere to, are described in detail in Annex No. 4 of the call for tenders. Annex No. 2 of the call for tenders is a priced list for calculating the bid price. The priced list specifies in detail the individual specific works and services that the contracting authority anticipates carrying out during the performance of the public contract, including the expected frequencies/quantities of these works and services. Suppliers must consider obstacles related to the nature of the environment in which the subject of the public contract will be performed. Work will be carried out under difficult conditions using tree climbing techniques and equipment. When performing the required activities, the sanctity of the place must always be taken into account.
