Original language: DutchOnderhavige opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst in de vorm van een bestellingsopdracht, waarbij de verschillende bestellingen voor de afzonderlijke dienstenopdrachten al naargelang de behoefte van de aanbestedende overheid worden gegeven. De diensten omvatten het ter beschikking stellen van een veiligheidscoördinator-ontwerp en een veiligheidscoördinator-verwezenlijking en het verlenen van assistentie aan de opdrachtgever hieromtrent voor diverse projecten. De opdrachtnemer wordt per te begeleiden project, voor het totaalpakket van de geleverde prestaties in het kader van de veiligheidscoördinatie-ontwerp, hetzij de veiligheidscoördinatie-verwezenlijking vergoed op basis van de opgegeven eenheidsprijzen per klasse. Er kunnen hierbij indien nodig tot 9 klassen onderscheiden worden: - projecten kleiner dan 250.000 euro; - projecten van 250.000 euro tot 625.000 euro; - projecten van 625.000 euro tot 1.250.000 euro; - projecten van 1.250.000 euro tot 2.500.000 euro; - projecten van 2.500.000 euro tot 5.000.000 euro; - projecten van 5.000.000 euro tot 10.000.000 euro; - projecten van 10.000.000 euro tot 20.000.000 euro; - projecten groter dan 20.000.000 euro; - projecten volgens het onderhoudsraamcontract.
