Description
The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC or the University) is seeking proposals for architectural consultancy services to deliver the functional brief, schematic design, design development and tender support for a Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) facility on the Sunshine Coast campus.
This project aims to enhance the student experience, attract both domestic and international students, and support UniSC's strategic goals, particularly sustainable growth and community building, while addressing the rental crisis and improving student retention and satisfaction. The 340-bed facility with a mix of ensuite and shared bathroom rooms, communal areas, and essential amenities will enhance campus life and student wellbeing.
It is anticipated the Services will commence in July 2026 and be delivered in two Stages.
