The Municipality of Eemsdelta is seeking to establish a contract for a combined architecture and construction advisory service. The primary objective is to develop a comprehensive design for a new House of Culture and Administration in Delfzijl. This includes the creation of preliminary designs (SO), functional designs (VO), and definitive designs (DO).
