Nybyggeriet/tilbygningen på ca. 2.100 m² omfatter et nyt 25m svømmebassin med vipper, et varmtvandsbassin, omklædningsfaciliteter mv., ombygning af foyer og mødelokaler samt ny kælder til teknik. Herudover udskiftning af tag over legebassin og nedrivning af eksisterende svømmehal og eksisterende omklædningsfaciliteter. For at sikre drift af eksisterende svømmehal med tilhørende faciliteter skal projektet udføres i 2 etaper. Der er tale om et genudbud.
