Original language: slPredmet javnega naročila je izvedba predhodnih arheoloških raziskav v skladu s kulturno varstvenimi pogoji št. 35106-0787-13/2025 z dne 25. 9. 2025, ter vse ostale storitve, v skladu z zahtevami in pogoji naročnika, ki izhajajo iz dokumentacije v zvezi z oddajo javnega naročila, in zajema zlasti: - predhodne arheološke raziskave (arheološki testni izkopi, z vso potrebno dokumentacijo), ki vključujejo vse potrebne terenske postopke (strojne, ročne oziroma kombinirane izkope do arheoloških struktur oziroma do geološke osnove), - izdelava prvega strokovnega poročila, - poizkopavalna obdelava arhiva najdišča (zlasti poterenske postopke za pripravo končnega strokovnega poročila v tiskani in elektronski obliki in predajo arhiva arheološkega najdišča pristojnemu muzeju, ter vključno s stroški izdelave končnega strokovnega poročila in recenzije končnega strokovnega poročila o raziskavi) vse v skladu s priloženim popisom del; - strojna dela izkopavanja ter odvoza na deponijo (tudi deponija je strošek ponudnika), ter vzpostavitev prvotnega stanja zemljišča po zaključenih raziskavah; - 10 % nepredvidenih več in/ali dodatnih del, ki zajemajo nepredvidena dela potrebna zaradi posredovanja nadaljnjih ukrepov varstva kulturne dediščine s strani pristojnega ZVKDS zaradi odkritja intaktnih arheoloških plasti in struktur med izvajanjem arheološke raziskave in/oziroma nepredvidena dela zaradi spremembe metodologije raziskave ob ugotovitvi novih okoliščin med raziskavami.
