Formålet med udbuddet er sikre kvalificeret arkitektbistand både helt overordnet på planlægning og styring af projekter, men også på dele af projektforløb. Der er altså tale om både bygherrerådgivning, ideoplæg og visse enkelte udførselsprojekter. Det er f.eks. ved behov for skitser, beregninger og deltagelse i de indledende samtaler om indhold, udformning, placering og statistiske forhold og brugerinddragelse.
