Se adjudicará a aquel proponente que logre el mayor puntaje tras la aplicación de la pauta de evaluación. En caso de empate se preferirá aquel proponente que hubiera obtenido el mayor puntaje en el criterio “Precio”, de continuar el empate adjudicará aquel que tenga el mejor puntaje en criterio""Experiencia”.Si aplicando la fórmula anterior aún persiste el empate entre oferentes, dicha situación se resolverá adjudicando al oferente que hubiese obtenido el mayor puntaje en el sub-criterio "Formatos de Presentación de Ofertas”. De continuar el empate adjudicará aquel que tenga el mejor puntaje en criterio"Cuidados del Medio Ambiente”. Si aplicando la fórmula anterior aún persiste el empate entre oferentes, dicha situación se resolverá adjudicando al oferente que hubiese obtenido el mayor puntaje en el sub-criterio“Programa de Integridad”. Si aun así persistiera el empate adjudicará quién “hubiera ingresado primero la oferta en el portalwww.mercadopublico.cl.”
