Leasing of Computers for Tartu City Authorities and Institutions Managed by Them

This tender concerns the leasing of computers for the official authorities of Tartu City and the institutions they manage. The contracting authority has decided not to divide the procurement into lots, as the subject of the framework agreement consists of computers that function together or are necessary to achieve the same objective. Bidders must submit their proposals in accordance with the conditions set out in the public procurement documentation.

The object of the framework agreement is the leasing of computers that meet the conditions specified in the "Technical Specification" for a period of 48 (forty-eight) months. Proposals will be evaluated based on the economically most advantageous tender. In the event of equal evaluation results, the contracting authority will prioritize the bidder who submitted their tender in the public procurement register earliest in terms of date and time when selecting the successful bidder. The contracting authority reserves the right to reject all proposals in accordance with sections § 115 and § 116 of the Public Procurement Act. All submitted tenders will be treated as confidential.
