Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt issue exclusive contracts for the active ingredients during the contract period in accordance with applicable procurement law, the contracts established under this announcement will be terminated as per contractual regulations. To ensure maximum transparency for the intended contract conclusions, the announcement is published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
