Medicines with the active ingredient Testosterone (ATC: G03BA03 - in the dosage form of injection solution)

Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for finished medicinal products with the active ingredient Testosterone (ATC: G03BA03 - in the dosage form of injection solution) with the possibility of conclusion at any time within the framework of a so-called "open-house model". A contract will be concluded with each pharmaceutical company that meets the participation requirements. Exclusivity is not given. Participation or contract conclusion can take place at any time and under the same conditions. Individual contract negotiations will not be conducted. The earliest contract start date is 01.07.2026. Based on this, the contract duration is a maximum of 24 months. The contract ends on 30.06.2028 regardless of the contract start date. Should AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tender exclusive contracts for the active ingredients during the contract period in accordance with the relevant public procurement regulations, the contracts concluded within the framework of this publication will be terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. This publication does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of § 103 GWB or procurement law. To ensure the greatest possible transparency for the intended contract conclusions, the publication is made in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. In the absence of a corresponding publication form, the contract notice is used. The resulting conceptual requirements, such as the procedure name "open procedure", are solely due to the use of this notice form and the publication platform. No further meaning, especially submission to procurement law regulations, insofar as they are not mandatory for legal reasons, is associated with this.
