Procurement of a low-carbon assessment tool for zoning

The subject of the procurement is a low-carbon assessment tool for zoning as a SaaS service, which is a browser-based software service delivered via a network for assessing the climate impacts of land-use plans. The Customer can use it to assess and compare the climate impacts of land-use plans at the zoning level based on the tool's calculated carbon footprint and handprint. The system subject to procurement is primarily intended for assessing the climate impacts of zoning. The purpose of the system is to enable systematic examination and monitoring of the climate impacts and carbon footprint of zoning solutions as part of the zoning process. However, the use of the system is not intended to be limited to a specific planning level of land-use planning and zoning. The aim is that the system subject to procurement can also be developed and used at different levels of land-use planning, such as general zoning, expanded to other land-use areas, such as climate change adaptation and biodiversity conservation, or to improve the system's reporting capabilities, according to the customer's needs. The Customer has the option to acquire additional modules and/or functionalities for assessing the low-carbon impact of general zoning and reporting pre-construction activities using the additional procurement option included in the procurement. In addition, the Customer can further develop the system together with the Supplier during the contract period. The subject of the procurement includes the implementation projects of the low-carbon assessment tool for zoning, usage rights, support and maintenance services, separately ordered expert services, and additional procurement options.
