Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens sind Ingenieur- sowie fachgutachterliche Leistungen über einen Zeitraum von 3 Jahren (09/2026 - 08/2029) mit optionaler Verlängerung eim ein Jahr (08/2030). Leistungsgegenstand ist neben der Einarbeitung in das Projekt die baubegleitende Qualitätsüberwachung einschließlich Prüfung der Ausführungsunterlagen, Bewertung von Eignungs- und Qualitätsnachweisen der Dichtwandbaustoffe sowie Überwachung und Begleitung eines Probebaus mit hydraulischem Dichtheitsnachweis. Zu den Leistungen gehören insbesondere: - Kontrollen und Prüfungen während des Probebaus und der Bauausführung, - dazugehörige Laborversuche (im Baustellenlabor und nach Bedarf in einem externen/eigenen Labor) - Kontrolle und Bewertung der Eigenüberwachung des Auftragnehmers, - Erstellung von Prüfberichten, Stellungnahmen und laufenden Statusberichten, - fachtechnische Begleitung der Bauausführung bis zur abschließenden Bewertung und Dokumentation der ordnungsgemäßen Herstellung der Dichtwand.
