Engineering, planning, and expert services for monitoring the operation of a water treatment plant (WTP) incl. conveying facilities and groundwater monitoring The engineering, planning, and expert services for the continuation and optimization of the existing groundwater remediation include the following services: • Familiarization with the existing project and project documents incl. site visits, summarization of the state of knowledge, assessment of previous work with regard to necessary optimization measures, • Review of work safety incl. safety technical condition checks, • Work, safety, and health coordination, • Review and assurance of occupational safety measures, • Support of the client in quality assurance measures, • Support of the client in public relations, • Organization and participation in regular meetings and site visits, • Support of the client in schedule and cost planning as well as tracking, • Price inquiry for carrying out phrealog investigations, • Planning and supervision of groundwater monitoring measures, • Data management and maintenance of the HIM-ASG database system (GW-Manager), • Monitoring and coordination of the proper operation of the water treatment plant (WTP) in the sense of expert third-party monitoring (incl. carrying out on-site inspections and sampling), • Initiation and monitoring of operating, maintenance, repair, and expansion work on the WTP, • Preparation of tenders and participation in the award of third-party services, • Evaluation and documentation of the remediation operation and development of recommendations for further action, • Ongoing coordination and review of analysis services and results, • Evaluation and documentation of the contamination situation and remediation progress and development of recommendations for further remediation, • Taking over and updating a geological 3D site model, • Planning and supervision for the construction of a deep groundwater monitoring well in the main aquifer • Creation of a hazard assessment for the site downstream.
