La Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) busca una persona para realizar un trabajo como Colaborador Externo.
El objetivo de esta consultoría es proporcionar apoyo técnico especializado para el diseño de una estrategia orientada a facilitar el tránsito hacia la formalización de las micro y pequeñas empresas en el Perú, incluyendo propuestas regulatorias, y un plan de implementación e incidencia.
El trabajo comprende la identificación de buenas prácticas internacionales, el análisis de las principales barreras regulatorias e institucionales que afectan la formalización de las MiPymes en el Perú y el desarrollo de propuestas de política pública y regulatorias que la incentiven.
Asimismo, incluye el diseño de una canasta de incentivos y herramientas prácticas, la elaboración de materiales técnicos para la difusión y discusión de los hallazgos, y el apoyo a la validación técnica de la estrategia con CONFIEP, la Asociación PYME Perú y otros actores relevantes.
Todo el proceso deberá sustentarse en evidencia empírica, análisis comparado y un enfoque de diálogo social orientado a la formulación de políticas públicas.
