DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE ELECTRIFICACIÓN RURAL DEL MINISTERIO DE ENERGÍA Y MINAS (DGER/MINEM)
“Programa Plan de Inversiones de Transmisión (PIT) - Recuperación Económica Post COVID-19 en el Perú” (Programa PIT)
Decreto de Urgencia N° 048-2021
Mediante Decreto de Urgencia N° 048-2021, el Gobierno Central autoriza excepcionalmente al MINEM, la formulación, evaluación, ejecución y declaratoria de viabilidad de los Proyectos que forman parte del Programa PIT.
Asimismo, con Decreto Supremo N° 377-2021-EF, el Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF) aprueba la operación de endeudamiento externo, a ser acordada entre la República del Perú y el Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento (BIRF), para financiar parcialmente el Programa PIT, señalando que la Unidad Ejecutora del Programa será el MINEM, a través de la DGER.
Motivo por el cual, la DGER propone contratar el siguiente perfil:

La DGER invita a los Profesionales que cumplan con el perfil y cuenten con la experiencia requerida para cumplir con los objetivos del Programa PIT, para lo cual, se les solicita presentar sus expresiones de interés.
Para ello, se adjunta Términos de Referencia, los formatos e información a presentar para el PROCESO N° 009-2026-ASIST.ADQ-PIT; los cuales también se encuentran en el sitio web: http://dger.minem.gob.pe/vista/transparencia.php?menu=convocatorias
El profesional será seleccionado conforme a los procedimientos indicados en los Términos de Referencia con la no objeción del BIRF.
Las expresiones de interés con los formularios debidamente llenados deberán ser enviados vía correo electrónico: convocatoriaprogramapit@gmail.com, SOLO el día 18 de junio de 2026 hasta 17:00 horas.
