Je begeleidt projecten en vertaalt de visie naar uitvoerbaar beleid. Bouw mee aan een duurzamer Den Helder en maak samen het verschil! Wat ga je doen Als assetmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de advisering van het college van B&W over huishoudelijk afval, openbare verlichting & installaties en kabels & leidingen. Je vertaalt de gemeentelijke visie naar uitvoerbaar beleid. Beleid dat gedragen wordt door de inwoners en medewerkers van de gemeente Den Helder. Dit bereik je door in gesprek te gaan met onze inwoners en ondernemers. Je weet wat er buiten speelt, niet alleen bij onze inwoners, maar ook bij onze buitendienstmedewerkers. Je voert dan ook veelvuldig overleg met je collega?s. Concreet word je opdracht de volgende:- Voor het einde van het jaar moet er een beheersplan liggen op het gebied van openbare verlichting/technische installaties.Na gunning dient de gegunde partij een VOG van de kandidaat te overleggen.
