Original language: FrenchLa présente consultation concerne une mission d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage technique (AMOT) pour la conduite d''évolutions des systèmes billettique et information voyageurs du réseau TCL. Les prestations se décomposent en plusieurs types de missions, destinées à être déclenchées au fur et à mesure des besoins selon les priorités définies par SYTRAL Mobilités. Elles portent notamment sur : - Assistance au pilotage des évolutions du système billettique ; - Assistance au renouvellement des matériels et des logiciels pour le service Open Paiement ; - Assistance au pilotage des évolutions des logiciels de vente à distance et d'information voyageurs ; - Etude et pilotage du renouvellement des logiciels de vente à distance et d'information voyageurs ; - Assistance à la mise en place d'un service MAS TCL Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre exécuté selon les prestations mises en oeuvre, par l'émission de bons de commande et par la conclusion de marchés subséquents en application des articles R2162-2 à R2162-14 du code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 3 an (s) à compter de sa date de notification Il est reconductible 1 fois pour une durée de 1 an. La durée globale de l'accord-cadre est de 4 ans. La reconduction est tacite sauf décision expresse de non-reconduction notifiée au prestataire au plus tard un mois avant la date anniversaire (date de notification) du marché. Le titulaire reste engagé jusqu'à la fin de la période d'exécution en cours. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 4 000 000,00 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale (période de reconduction comprise), soit une durée totale de 4 ans. Le montant figurant dans la rubrique "valeur estimée" correspond au montant maximum de l'accord-cadre
