Assistance for land acquisition for the areas required for the GPE for line 15 east

This tender seeks assistance for the ongoing land acquisition process for the Grand Paris Express (GPE) Line 15 East. The scope of work involves continuing land control for the construction of the line's infrastructure and tunnels. Based on the advancement of Line 15 East, the selected service provider will be responsible for executing, continuing, and/or finalizing land acquisition efforts. This includes managing parcel surveys, both ongoing and those yet to be initiated, and coordinating with notary offices for the execution of deeds and receipts. The service provider will also be tasked with acquiring any properties deemed essential for the realization of Line 15 East that are not yet under the control of the Société du Grand Paris (SGP), particularly focusing on the subsurface volumes required for tunnel passage.

Furthermore, the services extend to initiating post-construction land regularization and acquisition activities following the delivery of the Grand Paris Express works. This entails preparing regularization plans for land parcels (including maps and technical descriptions) that need to be acquired or transferred back to various public or private stakeholders after the completion of Line 15 East construction. The service provider will also be responsible for implementing the necessary publicity and competitive tendering procedures prior to any sale or occupation, where required. Finally, they will oversee negotiations, notary acts, and other agreements that formalize the final land survey and reconciliation.
