Assistance technique de l’action Global Gateway « Production d'énergie renouvelable à Kpalimé » - Il s'agit de recruter de l’expertise de qualité et de pointe pour accompagner l’opérationnalisation de l’action Global Gateway « Energie renouvelable à Kpalimé » qui vient contribuer à la transition énergétique et au développement socio- économique du Togo par le renforcement des capacités nationales de production et de stockage d’électricité. Les objectifs spécifiques de l’action sont : OS1 - Approvisionnement et accès accrus, améliorés et inclusifs de la population et du secteur productif togolais à une énergie abordable, fiable, durable et moderne ; OS2 - Usage productif, inclusif, et générateur de revenus de l’énergie renouvelable accru dans la zone de Kpalimé ; OS3 - Gouvernance et compétences du secteur de l’énergie améliorées. Le présent marché concernera en particulier les résultats de l’OS3, et notamment le renforcement de la gouvernance du secteur et l’amélioration des connaissances stratégiques et techniques pour des nouveaux investissements pour le secteur de l'énergie au Togo.
