Original language: FrenchL'AT mettra à disposition de l'UCP et des groupes de travail, une équipe pluridisciplinaire composée de : • Un/e coordinateur/rice principal/e ; • Un/e assistant/e administratif/ive ; • Des experts thématiques, chacuns/unes en appui à l'un des axes stratégiques du programme ; • Des spécialistes transversaux : passation des marchés, social, suivi & évaluation, communication et gouvernance ; • Un pool d'experts métiers, mobilisés ponctuellement en fonction des besoins techniques identifiés (GIRE, changement climatique, qualité de l'eau, REUT, informaticien, juriste, etc.). Sur cette base, l'équipe d'assistance technique sera chargée d'assurer les missions décrites dans le CCTP-TDR pour les différentes phases du programme (démarrage, mise en œuvre et clôture).
