02-Nov-2026 Les services prévus au titre de ce contrat consistent à : Elaborer les études de faisabilité, analyser, structurer et sécuriser en amont les Zones d’Investissement identifiés. Mettre en place les outils méthodologiques pertinents aux autorités opérationnelles (au niveau central et local) directement impliqués par le projet de Zone d’Investissement Industriel (ZII) en matière de pilotage, planification, mise en place, développement et gestion de ZII en tenant compte de la résilience climatique. Apporter des conseils stratégiques et l’assistance technique nécessaire au gouvernement malagasy sur la mise en place, le développement et la promotion des ZII pilotes : le parc d’Ehoala à Fort Dauphin, la ZII de Moramanga , la ZII Toliara site du Projet PTASO, et la ZII de Mangatany dans la région d’Itasy. Assurer les formations techniques nécessaires et le transfert des compétences aux équipes impliquées dans le processus de développement de ZII (zones industrielles, dont prioritairement la présidence, le ministère en charge de l’industrialisation, autres à identifier) tout en accompagnant les équipes au niveau de l’EDBM.
