23-Oct-2026 La République Démocratique du Congo a sollicité auprès du Groupe de la Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD) un prêt de 90.000.000 d’unité de compte en vue du financement du Projet d’Appui à la Gouvernance et au Développement des Compétences en soutien au Programme de Transformation de l’Agriculture (PTA) « PAGDC-PTA». Le Projet constitue la première contribution du groupe de la BAD pour l’opérationnalisation des piliers III et IV du Programme de Transformation de l’agriculture (PTA-RDC). Il répond aux priorités du Gouvernement visant à accroitre la productivité et la compétitivité du secteur agricole à travers l’amélioration du climat des investissements et de la qualité de la main d’œuvre.
