Asta pubblica E' indetta gara pubblica per l'affidamento, in regime di concessione amministrativa e con il metodo dell'offerta economicamente piu' vantaggiosa, dell'uso di un'unita' immobiliare a destinazione alberghiera (attualmente sede dell'"Albergo Mazzanti"), appartenente al demanio culturale dell'Ente, ubicata in complesso condominiale nel centro storico della Citta' di Verona, via Mazzanti n. 6. Per la parte di offerta economica, il canone di concessione annuo iniziale posto a base di gara e' di euro 211.000,00 (euro duecentoundicimila/00). Le proposte per l'affidamento in concessione dell'immobile saranno valutate con attribuzione di punteggi sia per l'offerta tecnica, sia per l'offerta economica, quest'ultima solo in aumento rispetto al canone annuo a base di gara. Ricezione offerte: presso il protocollo della Provincia di Verona entro le ore 12:00 di lunedi' 27 luglio 2026, a pena di esclusione. L'asta si svolgera' presso la sede della Provincia di Verona in Via Franceschine 10, in data 11 Agosto 2026 ore 10:00.
