Reactive and planned maintenance and drain clearance services for corporate buildings and drainage services for blockages, investigations and reports for pests and minor plumbing repairs for residential properties owned by LBC. 2 Lots = BTS & PCS
Lot 1 = PCS (Property & Construction Services)
Lot 2 = BTS (Building Technical Services)
Lot 1 is working with the PCS (Property Construction Services), reactive and planned maintenance within the broad property portfolio of corporate buildings.
Lot 2 with BTS (Building & Technical Services) to cover blockages of toilets, baths, sinks, manholes, CCTV camera work. Also reports and investigations for pests. Mainly residential properties.
